All my prices reflect the amount of time I spend interpreting a client’s questionnaire, analysing their food diary and test results, while researching and preparing for consultations. My prices also take into account the length of a consultation and the time spent writing a comprehensive, personalised report for each client.

Like with most therapies, it is unusual for people to change lifelong habits after just one consultation, and most of us need further guidance to help us stay on track and not get overwhelmed. I tend to find that people who make gradual small changes that can be added incrementally are more likely to adopt sustainable habits to help them reach their goals. Having said this, we are all at different stages in our journey towards optimal health, which is why I offer these different services tailored to suit each person.

Consultations can be conducted face-to-face, via Zoom or over the phone.

Nutrition and lifestyle MOT

Cost: £125 (up to 90 min)

This one-off consultation is a good option for those who are not looking to address any specific health issues, and who would like to optimise their diet and lifestyle.

Includes an in-depth health questionnaire and food diary analysis, a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan, handouts, recipes, shopping lists and meal ideas.

Nutritional Therapy standard package

Cost: £255
(payment by instalments possible)

12 week Wellness Coaching

Cost: £345

Do you have low energy levels or mood swings? Would you like to improve your diet and get rid of your cravings? Do you want to live a healthier lifestyle? It takes time to change habits, which is why I also offer to support you over a 12-week period.

The programme includes:

An initial appointment

Second follow up appointment
(45 minutes)

Three X 20 minute coaching calls

Note:
I sometimes recommend supplements or functional testing, which are not included in the package.
A Kitchen Cleanse and/or a Food Shopping trip can be added at an extra cost (see below).

Kitchen “cleanse” and food shopping trip

The aim of these services is not to spend more, but to spend better. I also provide you with a shopping list, recipes and useful handouts. It is actually quite a fun experience! Each session usually lasts an average of 60-90 minutes, depending on your needs.

Kitchen “cleanse”

Cost: £60/hour

I come to yours and together, we look at your pantry cupboards and your fridge and I advise you on how to re-stock by making healthier choices.

Food shopping trip

Cost: £60/hour

Together we visit your local shop and/or supermarket. We look at food labelling, brands, organic or non organic and healthier options.

 All consultations can also be conducted in French.
