As with nearly all therapies (and most things in life!), it is unrealistic to expect to completely change lifelong habits after just one consultation, and most of us need a little bit of extra guidance to help us stay on track and avoid overwhelm. In my experience, clients who make gradual small changes that can be added incrementally are more likely to build sustainable habits that help them reach their goals. £355 | 200 minutes of ongoing support | Spread across 2 months

We’ll take a deep dive into your gut and hormone health and work together to transform how you feel on a daily basis. After an initial 90 minute consultation to get to the crux of your health challenges, I’ll provide you with a personalised plan loaded with simple changes you can make to maximise the nutrients in your regular meals and snacks. We’ll stay in touch with regular follow-ups to discuss how you’re getting on and make any adjustments to your plan as we go.

This in-depth service includes:

  • A 90 minute initial consultation, in person or via Zoom
  • 1 x 20 minute check-in call to review how you’re getting on and discuss any challenges
  • 3 x 30 minute follow up calls to keep you on track and make any further adjustments
  • An in-depth health questionnaire and food diary analysis

ADHD Specialised Nutritional Therapy Package

Being a woman with ADHD can be a gift in many aspects of life, however it can also come with its challenges. Difficulty with self-regulation can lead to impulsiveness which, if not kept in check, can result in poor food choices. If you’re tired of feeling overwhelmed and anxious, struggling with planning meals or sticking to a healthy diet, then my bespoke ADHD focused nutritional plan is for you. Calling on my personal and professional experience, I’ll equip you with the tools you need to overcome unhelpful symptoms and give you the support you need to thrive.

This flexible package includes:

Add-ons

Whilst many of my clients find that they can intuitively make ongoing changes after completing their initial package, others prefer to have a follow-up or a few extra check-ins to ask specific questions or talk through any further adjustments they’d like to make to their diet and lifestyle. I’m very happy to accommodate, and offer shorter sessions to ensure you are set up for success.
