I'm a BANT Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner based in South East London. I have extensive experience helping women take control of their health and establish a deeper connection with their body through realistic, empowering diet and lifestyle plans.

I know how difficult it can be to find balance while juggling the stresses of daily life. And if that wasn't enough, a backdrop of constantly fluctuating hormones can leave you feeling stuck when it comes to healthy choices.

The good news? With the right tools and encouragement, bringing your body into harmony is absolutely achievable.

Depending on your challenges, I may recommend certain tests to help tailor a personalised plan to bring your body back into balance.

Where I work

Many of my London clients choose to see me face-to-face initially, then continue online. But don't worry if you're not local — I work with women across the UK and Europe via Zoom.

As a full member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), I work alongside GPs and other healthcare professionals to provide you with effective, science-backed strategies tailored to your unique needs.
