Hello I'm Karine!

I’m a BANT Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner based in South East London. I have extensive experience helping women take control of their health and establish a deeper connection with their body through realistic, empowering diet and lifestyle plans.

Many of my London clients choose to see me face to face for the first time, and then continue with consultations online. Don’t worry if you don’t live nearby though, I work over Zoom with women all over the UK, as well as having clients in Europe.
