I’m a BANT Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner based in South East London. I have extensive experience helping women take control of their health and establish a deeper connection with their body through realistic, empowering diet and lifestyle plans.

Where I work
Many of my London clients choose to see me face-to-face initially, then continue online. But don’t worry if you’re not local — I work with women across the UK and Europe via Zoom.
