This in-depth service includes:

• A 90-minute initial consultation, in person or via Zoom
• One weekly email check-in for accountability and support
• 3 × 30-minute follow-up sessions to keep you on track and make any further adjustments
• An in-depth health questionnaire and food diary analysis
• A fully personalised, research-backed nutrition and lifestyle plan
• Test recommendations or letter to your GP (if required)
• Supplement recommendations which are easy to implement and maintain
• Recipes, shopping lists and meal ideas to suit your individual needs and preferences

Optional private blood testing

Private blood testing is available at an additional cost and is entirely optional. When appropriate, I commonly recommend the Medichecks Ultimate Performance Blood Test (56 biomarkers) or Advanced Well Woman Blood Test (47 biomarkers), depending on your individual health history and needs. Other tests may sometimes be more appropriate.

Alternatively, following your initial consultation, I am always happy to write to your GP requesting any blood tests that may be clinically relevant. Please be aware that the tests available through the NHS will depend on your individual circumstances and your GP's clinical judgement.
