If you’re tired of feeling overwhelmed and anxious, struggling with meal planning, or adhering to a healthy diet, my bespoke ADHD-focused nutritional and lifestyle plan is for you.

Drawing from my personal and professional experience, I’ll equip you with the tools you need to overcome unhelpful symptoms. To cater to your unique needs, we can tailor session timings or include breaks as required, ensuring you receive the support you need to thrive.

This flexible package includes:

  • A 90-minute initial consultation, in person or via Zoom
  • 1 x 20-minute check-in call to review how you’re getting on and discuss any challenges
  • 3 x 30-minute follow-up calls to keep you on track and make any further adjustments
  • An in-depth health questionnaire and food diary analysis
  • A fully personalised, research-backed nutrition and lifestyle plan
  • Test recommendations or letter to your GP (if required)
  • Supplement recommendations which are easy to implement and maintain
  • Recipes, shopping lists and meal ideas tailored to your needs and preferences
