Consultations

I, Karine Stephan, aim at offering a professional service to each of my clients.

Nutritional Therapy is recognised as a complementary medicine and is relevant for individuals with chronic conditions, as well as those looking for support to enhance their health and wellbeing. However, Nutritional Therapy is not a replacement for professional medical advice. The nutritional therapist does not diagnose or treat.

• You are responsible for communicating with your GP about any health concerns.
• It is a necessity for any client receiving treatment to inform their primary care provider about any nutritional programme.
• You must notify the Nutritional Therapist of any diagnosis, treatment, medication and supplementation. There can be interactions between medications and dietary supplements.
• You give permission to the Nutritional Therapist to contact your GP if necessary.
• You are advised to report any concern about your nutritional programme with your Nutritional Therapist promptly for clarification.
• You understand that the recommendations provided are personal to you and may not be suitable for others.

Payment

• You will receive an invoice before your initial appointment.
• You may pay by bank transfer. Appointments require payment on the day of the service.
• The Nutritional Therapist sometimes may recommend private testing and supplements, which are not included in the cost of your consultation.

Cancellations

Appointments cancelled without 24 hours’ notice may incur a 100% cancellation fee. I reserve the right to waive the fee under exceptional circumstances.

Packages

The Nutritional Therapy Standard Package must be completed within 8 weeks of the initial consultation (to allow for holidays and other commitments).

Intellectual Property

The Website and its content (including all articles, photographs, images, text, fonts and designs) is owned by us and our licensors (unless indicated otherwise) and is protected by copyright, trade marks (both registered and unregistered), database rights, design rights and other intellectual property rights.

You may view, retrieve and display the content of the Website on a computer screen or other device which connects to the internet or print one copy of such content for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you:

• keep intact all and any copyright and proprietary notices; and
• do not otherwise reproduce, copy, distribute, resell or otherwise use it for commercial purposes.

If you wish to reproduce any of our Website content commercially (including as part of any company website) please contact us using our feedback form. Permission to reproduce any of our content is at our sole discretion.
