Happy Living Nutrition – Website & Services Terms and Conditions
Last updated: February 2026
1. About Us
Happy Living Nutrition provides nutritional therapy services delivered online and in person. Nutritional therapy is a complementary approach and does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
2. Scope of Practice
Nutritional therapy practitioners do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Advice is based on nutritional and lifestyle science and is tailored to the individual. Clients remain responsible for their own health decisions.
Clients are advised to inform their GP or primary healthcare provider of any nutritional programme and to disclose all relevant diagnoses, medications, and supplements.
3. Appointments & Services
Services are offered on a one-to-one basis, online or in person, and may include consultations, packages, and follow-up support. Recommendations are personal and not transferable.
4. Payment
Payment is required in advance of appointments or packages. Invoices are issued prior to services being delivered. Fees for consultations do not include the cost of supplements or private testing, which may be recommended separately.
5. Cancellations & Missed Appointments
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged at 100% of the session fee. Fees may be waived at the practitioner’s discretion in exceptional circumstances.
6. Refunds
Refunds are not routinely offered. Refunds may be considered under special or exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Happy Living Nutrition.
7. Packages
Packages must be completed within the agreed timeframe. In exceptional circumstances, programmes may be paused by mutual agreement. Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable once commenced.
8. Communication
Email is the preferred method of contact between sessions. Responses are usually provided within 48 working hours (Monday–Friday). Nutritional therapy does not provide emergency care; urgent concerns should be directed to appropriate medical services.

11. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, available on the website.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available on the website.
